In compliance with current regulations you have the right to return any purchased article within 15 days of the receiving date. The article must be returned with its original packaging and in perfect condition. The refund will be made within 15 days of receiving the returned package. If you are returning the article because it is defective, or an incorrect order, Urbanauta Barcelona, S.L. will pay the return cost and the cost of the new delivery. If you are returning the article because you are not satisfied with the order, Urbanauta Barcelona will refund the cost of the article, but not the delivery cost.
