WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

All Urbanauta products have a 5-year warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers material damage or manufacturing faults for 5 years after purchase of the product.

It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse (such as carrying unusual contents), negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids or damage caused by third parties (such as airlines).

If you have a manufacturing or material problem with your Urbanauta, we will repair it or
replace it with an identical one.

Any repair or replacement will be covered by Urbanauta, including return costs. You will only have to pay the cost of shipping to our repair center.

If your Urbanauta is outside Spain, contact us and we will find the best solution for you and the environment.

What documentation do I need to use my warranty and how do I proceed?

You will need a copy of the purchase receipt or a confirmation of the online purchase.
Go to the store where you bought your Urbanauta or send us an email to info@urbanuatbarcelona.com if you bought it online, we will explain how to proceed.

Can I repair my Urbanauta if the warranty does not cover the defect or if the warranty has expired?

Yes, at Urbanauta we can inspect your product to repair any defect. Our repair centre will inspect your product and we will inform you of the cost before carrying out any repair, so that you can decide and, if you want to carry out the repair, we will inform you of the delivery time.

What should I do if I want to retire my Urbanauta?

If you return your Urbanauta to our headquarters in Barcelona, we will give you a 10% discount on the purchase of any product on the Urbanauta website.

We give all the products we recover a second life or a responsible end; we repair them and donate them to social entities, we use them for testing or we separate the different components and recycle them.

MAINTENANCE

To keep your backpack in good condition, make good use of it and treat it with care.
The fabric of our backpack is a very resistant, light and easy-to-maintain canvas.

Can I wash and dry my Urbanauta?

Yes, you can wash it in the washing machine with the rest of your laundry.

Wash it regularly with a neutral detergent at 40 degrees.
Let it dry in the air or in the dryer at a low temperature.
Do not iron it.

Other tips:
Do not place near heating elements or heat sources.
Avoid overloading it by carrying only what you need and distributing the weight evenly.
When not in use, store it empty in a dry place.
