In accordance with data protection regulations in force in Spain—GDRPD and LOPD—the CUSTOMER expressly authorises URBANAUTA to process their data exclusively for the purposes of order management, invoice issuance and identification under the responsibility of URBANAUTA. In particular, with a view to managing this business relationship, these data shall be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest, and shall not be transferred to third parties unless by legal obligation.

The CUSTOMER is informed that they can exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction of processing and objection by writing to [email protected]

URBANAUTA further informs its customers that this automated processing of data, especially the handling of users’ postal addresses, has been declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency and that the electronic contract entered into by the parties will not be archived.

 

1.1 Why do we process your personal data?

In order to maintain a commercial relationship with the CUSTOMER, and in particular, for the following processing operations:

• Managing sales of URBANAUTA products.

• Processing orders and requests, responding to queries, or any requests made by the CUSTOMER through any of the contact channels available on the URBANAUTA website.

• Sending our newsletter to inform about company news, product launches, special offers and promotions.

• Sending advertising commercial communications via e-mail, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows the sending of commercial communications. These communications must be carried out via the CONTROLLER and relate to their products, or to those of their partners or suppliers, with whom they have reached a promotional agreement. In such a case, no third parties shall ever be given access to the personal data.

• Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.

 

1.2 Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

 

• With the consent of the USER: sending of commercial communications and the newsletter.

• Because it is necessary for establishing a contract to purchase URBANAUTA products.
