The U1 anti-theft backpack combines security, comfort, and versatility to accompany you both in the city and on your travels. Its reversible design allows you to wear the zippers facing your back for added protection or facing outward when you need quicker access in safe environments. Thanks to its balance of functionality, lightness, and design, this backpack is designed to adapt to different everyday situations without sacrificing style.
The U1 is designed to accompany you through your urban routine with total comfort and security. The warranty covers material defects or manufacturing defects for 5 years after the product is purchased.
It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse (such as transporting unusual items), negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage caused by third parties (such as airlines).
If you encounter a manufacturing or material defect with your Urbanauta, we will repair it or replace it with an identical one.
Urbanauta will cover the cost of any repairs or replacements, including return shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our repair center.
If your Urbanauta is outside of Spain, please contact us and we’ll find the best solution for you and the environment.

Yes, at Urbanauta we can inspect your product to repair any damage. Our repair center will inspect your product and let you know the cost before performing any repairs, so you can decide whether to proceed. If you choose to have the repair done, we’ll let you know the estimated turnaround time.
If you return your Urbanauta to our Barcelona office, we’ll give you a 10% discount on any purchase made on the Urbanauta website.

We give all the products we recover a second life or ensure they are disposed of responsibly; we repair them and donate them to nonprofit organizations, use them for testing, or disassemble them and recycle the various components.
